Tracelling Grate

Unlike other boilers, the traveling grate is versatile, accommodating a range of fuels, especially popular in factories using biomass like rice husks, bagasse, and sugarcane leaves.

Step Grate Boiler

This combustion system involves fuel transport into the combustion chamber via an inclined, ladder-like sieve. Coal descends from top to bottom, burning along the steps and turning into ash at the stair's base.

Vibrating Stoker Boiler

This fuel feeding system utilizes grate vibration, enabling fuel movement into the combustion chamber while also facilitating the efficient flow of burning ash, thus enhancing combustion efficiency.

Fixed Grate Boiler & Spreader Fired

The Fixed Grate system has a tilted, stationary furnace basket, resulting in lower combustion efficiency due to ash residue. Spreader Fired, derived from the Traveling Grate Stoker, provides higher efficiency but with increased construction and fuel expenses.

Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion Boilers (CFBC)

The CFB boiler system improves efficiency by recirculating fuel, heating silica sand to 400°C, generating particles that mix with flue gas, and reenter the furnace via solids separation.

Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion Boilers (AFBC)

AFBC boilers, common in industry, burn low-quality fuels. Combustion at 850-950 degrees generates more NOx than CFBC boilers, making them suited for specific applications.
